Posts: 10,784 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: March 30, 2005 PlayStation Network ID Jerome813	In order for anybody to receive pop-up notifications of incoming PM's, you must follow these steps: 1) Go up to the upper right-hand corner and click on 'Inbox'. 2) Look at the 'Message Center' section and click on 'PM System Settings'. 3) First, make sure 'Use PM System' is checked 'yes'. Then, make sure 'Display an alert whenever you receive a new PM' is also checked 'yes'. That's it!! Now, when you receive a PM, an alert will show up every time you log on to TSU.
