Kane, 18, had a superb rookie season with London, capturing the OHL scoring title with 145 points in 58 games. The Buffalo native was named the league's Rookie of the Month three times and named to the Western Conference All-Star team. The 5-10, 160-pound Kane also helped the United States to the bronze medal at this year's World Junior Championship, notching five goals and four assists in seven contests. Despite his smallish stature, Kane possesses great hockey sense and the ability to battle in traffic.
