Posts: 163 Group: Veterans Member #433 Joined: August 31, 2007	I just don't see how fines do anything here. Kraft has deep pockets. He will take care for Bill's fine. The Pats fine should have been millions to make a difference. I think a 8 game suspension for Bill and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round draft picks taken away for the next draft would have sent a stronger message.
