Mangini is trying to give his anemic offense a spark. Anderson replaced an ineffective Brady Quinn in an ugly Week 3 loss to the Ravens and threw three interceptions but did move the ball better than Quinn could. Anderson likes to go downfield more than Quinn and has a better rapport with Braylon Edwards. RW: Derek Anderson to start Sunday for the Browns I like the move even though when Quinn was benched during the Raven game Anderson threw 3 INTs. I actually think a upset special could happen this week. I think the Browns will beat the Bengals.

Quinn might be bad, but Anderson isn't much better. Personally, I think Quinn has some talent. He's just stuck in a bad situation.

I think Anderson is the best option right now for the Browns b/c he can push the ball down the field more imo. With weak skill position players you need a QB who can make some plays. I think Anderson can do this. In the long run Quinn still has the potenial to be a good NFL QB.
